Thank you for this Josine. I have taken 15+ courses, but none was as lifechanging as the Regenesis course - specifically for its focus on inner >>> outer work.

Working on the group assignment, I saw the power of the regenerative tetrad in structuring a project’s core components in relation to the proximate and greater wholes. After filling the potential, it flows into the end state through valued and value-adding roles. The end state disintegrated into the vitality, viability, and capacity to evolve, which reintegrate into the vocation of the place, which in turn disintegrates into the guild of stakeholders that have a stake in the end state. The result is an illuminating iterative cycle of zooming in and out that marries a project to the uniqueness of a place in a fruitful evolving relationship.

However, it was a little challenging on some kinds of projects, so I look forward to engaging with this canvas and see how it brings out those place/project aspects.
